OUR 3 SPIRITWEAR OPTIONS

Having served over 30,000 school groups across America since 1993, we know spiritwear!

Once you select this year’s spiritwear design and the corresponding styles/colors, it is time to choose the best option for you.

This is simply a bulk order. Order whatever spiritwear seems appropriate. The order is processed & shipped to you. Upon receipt, you sell them throughout the school year to your school family.

For this option, we create a custom paper order form to be sent homer school families. We will ask for 4 pieces of information to complete your form: prices you want to charge for each item offered, payment methods you accept, order deadline date, and the contact person on your end.

With paper order forms, all the orders are prepaid & returned to you. After the order deadline, tally the orders by size, color, style & size. We suggest using a blank copy of the form to create the master tally. Once we have that info, we will create an invoice & send it for final approval. Once completed, the order is shipped to the school. Upon receipt, carefully match the items with the packing slip BEFORE you separate & distribute any individual orders. You keep any profits made along the way. We accept checks, Purchase Orders & credit cards (fee applies).

If we were in charge of your school’s spiritwear, this is how we would do it.

No paper, no lost forms, no bounced checks, no handwritten receipts, no tally errors, no cash changing hands, no ripped/lost/impossible to read forms.

We create the webstore, host it, & process all transactions securely. We create a webstore link & QR code which can be easily shared with your school families. This allows easy access to place orders at any time of day. Each order is tallied  by size, color, style, quantity, amount spent, name, teacher name & grade. Once the webstore closes, we send an invoice, a PDF file of the entire order (per individual) & any realized profits.

When your order is completed, the entire order is shipped to your school. Once received, your first step is to carefully match the items with the enclosed packing slip BEFORE you separate & distribute any individual orders.

The cost for the webstore is 10% per transaction. For example, if you offer a t-shirt for $12, the net amount will be 90% of $12 which is $10.80. If you offer a hoodie for $30, the net amount will be $27.  If you sell 100 total items on the webstore, your cost for that shirt is $9 and hoodie is $24. Your profit for the t-shirt is $1.80, and the profit for the hoodie is $3.  Prices are based on the TOTAL number of items sold so your profits are directly connected to those totals (Price Guide) You can decide how to use your profits in 2 ways: 1-spend them on more apparel or 2-receive a profit check. You choose how much to charge for the items listed on the webstore, how long you want the store open & when to get started. You can even re-open the store later in the school year!

NOTE: Most schools don't focus on profits thru spiritwear; rather, they offer spiritwear as a service. Most schools are pleased to avoid inventory costs & mistakes! But…no need to worry. Trust the spiritwear experts to make you look like a spiritwear pro!
